Who We Are...
A mom and daughter duo who is bringing intentionality to executing events. When it came to family functions these two were always taking the lead on adding their creative touch to planning holidays, birthdays and other celebrations. One day they decided to take that same passion to start designing and planning events on a professional level. Soon after, God gave them the vision of their family business and Purposely Planned was born in 2020. This duo believes that everyone deserves to have their visions executed and brought to life no matter the circumstances. They recognize that when a vision becomes a reality beautiful experiences are created and cherished forever!
Shatisha Diggs
Shatisha Diggs is recognized by her clients for her creative mind and extraordinary imagination. She holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from The Pennsylvania State University with 6+ years in the industry. Through Purposely Planned, she is able to take her passion for serving others and creativity to help bring people’s vision to life through events. Her professional networking over the years has allowed her to build relationships with many professionals from various industries.
Shatisha loves great food, traveling, reading and quality time with friends and family!

Elaine Diggs is known by her clients for her on-the-spot creative solutions, understanding exactly what her clients want and delivering on those expectations. She has a heart for people, and a passion for the details in an event. From the logistics to design, production, operations and everything in between she understands that delivering for special events, meetings or conferences are equally important.
Elaine’s favorite things to do include spending time with her family, dancing, traveling, and reading!
